The purpose of the Carolina Horse Show Association is to sponsor horse shows by promoting and encouraging all individuals to improve their horsemanship, thus providing the main foundation to better train horses for competition and pleasure riding, therefore, the essence being to install sportsmanlike conduct in all individuals.
