Year end results have been posted. The places have been coded with blue(1st), red(2nd) and yellow (3rd). If you have not shown in a class 5 times, there will be no placing, even if your total points are higher than someone else. I will be sending the payout information to you via email within the next week. Once your receive this email, please respond so I will know that it has been received.

The 2016 season is behind us. Thanks to everyone for making it a great show season!
We do not have plans finalized for the banquet as of yet but will let you know as soon as everything is finalized. It will be sometime in January.
Officers will be working after the last show to get points completed, money figured and distributed for classes, order awards and finalize the banquet. We will try to get everything done by the end of October. We will keep in touch as things are completed.
I always get emails back when I send them out. I use the email addresses that are sent when people nominate. However, every year people change and do not let us know. If everyone will help pass the word then hopefully everyone will know what is going on. Please remember that you must have shown at least 5 times in a class to qualify for awards. We will be paying out for the top 3 in each class. You will be sent information as to the amount of money that you have to spend on awards. If you want something that is more than what you have won then we will work with you and you can pay the remainder of the money.
You can email to me your award orders. You can order from Schneider's Saddlery, Cowboy Bronze, Montana Silversmith (belt buckles and jewelry), Connolly Saddlery, or if you want a jacket, shirt or whatever embroidered please let me know. The shop who does our t-shirts will work with us to get jackets and do the work on them. I will try to work with you to get what you want. Please remember that if you get a belt buckle I will need the exact lettering that you want on the buckle along with buckle number and emblem number. We as officers will help you with orders. I will be unavailable the week after the show but will be available to help after that week. All officers will be happy to help you with orders during the time that I am unavailable. Please send in your orders to me by October 20 so that I can get orders processed. Please put a telephone number where I can reach you on the order you send. That way I can reach you easily with questions when I begin to process orders. We did everything this way last year and it worked well.
